Born and raised in Mérida, David brings over a decade of sales and business management experience from Canada, where he specialized in residential real estate and marketing solutions for real estate business. His extensive knowledge of real estate practices across North America is backed by his consulting work with over 1,000 real estate businesses, making him a seasoned expert in the field.

David is passionate about showcasing his beautiful hometown. He leverages his deep understanding of international real estate dynamics to share Mérida’s charm, helping clients find not just a property but a place to call home.

Megan brings over a decade of experience in Real Estate & Property Management experience, where she specialized in sales, people development & communication. She utilizes her extensive knowledge of leading teams & implementing strong business practices to every business she has been apart to grow and manage Yucatan Real Estate Group.

Megan instantly fell in love with Mérida the first time she visited with David, and ever since has grown to appreciate everything the beautiful city has to offer and now loves sharing it with other international people.
